Can I obtain an International Driving Permit (IDP) in Thailand with a temporary driver's license?

I needed an international and had temporary only one year They changed that first into 5 years and gave me IDP All in one day Was in Phuket but about 7 years ago, not sure now or somewhere else You can only go ask Good luck

Can a Brazilian passport holder extend their 90-day visa waiver in Thailand?

you can convert exemption to non O and then ask extension based on "retirement" or marriage no ? I even was told by somebody that he converted exemption to non b and work permit which seems not possible to me I guess his employer did those steps without he even knew He works for a big international company

if I'm not wrong, they can now choose for entering on 60 days exempt or 90 days agreement.

Makes no sense to choose for 60 only if you want to change to other visa ( non O, education .. ) Will have to double check but I think it's like that
