. Thank you... its just out of curiosity. Currently, I have no issue staying in the country, but I just see so many people who seemingly are hush hush about anything when it comes to visa status, that I think there must be something more than meets the eye...Who knows, maybe someday I will need help..
seems legit. I mean, if you apply for a marriage visa in a fraudulent way, you are liable to get your visa revoked. If you are on a Ed Visa and not studying, well, the case could be made that you are engaged in fraud as well..
must be in a place that has lots of tourists etc. Once the locals figure out they can manipulate prices and what not to upcharge for 'falang' all bets are off.. Nothing makes them holla, like the all mighty dollah.
it technically is illegal, but if it was actually enforced, most of the digital nomads and online teachers here would be screwed. I don't think the labor department will touch it with a 10 meter pole
if you have a visa in your passport, unless there is some special circumstance, you will be able to enter. Officially, the final word is up to the officer, but I have never heard of a normal case of someone possessing a visa and getting denied entrance.
Why not just get a tourist visa, eliminating the question of “will I have an issue or not” Covid extensions are not really a sustainable way of staying in the kingdom..
