thank you your reply, yes they don't make it easy for us, I heard that immigration will come to the house and talk to the neighbours, we have friends on one side of us so hopefully that might help.

, genuine question, why is it better to have a retirement visa than a marriage visa, what are the drawbacks to marriage visa, I want to marry my girlfriend and not have to have 800,000thb sitting in a thai bank doing nothing.

I agree, if you can be together all the time then yes the relationship will probably be better, but sometimes life isn't that straightforward.

that's not necessarily the case, maybe she's has her family or a child to take care of and cant leave them or maybe she doesn't want to go to the UK, most Brits in Thailand are here because they/we don't want to be in the UK anymore.

I had that problem last year so I phoned the embassy in London, I explained the problem and the lady took my payment by credit card. Try your application again on a laptop or pc, the layout is better, I did this last Monday and had no problems.

depending on what you want they're between 180thb to 310thb for a 12" pizza and a choice of about 12, enjoy 🍕

We use the 2gether bar and restaurant in Chiang Mai, just off Chang Klan road and opposite the Night Bazzar market, the food is very good and reasonably priced also won awards for best pizzas in Chiang Mai.
