would agree with that. For many years before moving here I would come for a couple of months every year as a tourist. As I was self employed in the UK and in winter had very little work.
Don't know if it's any help to you but I also have to take blood pressure tablets. To get mine I go to the local government hospital. I have a blood test and also see a doctor and then get prescribed 3 months supply of tablets. All for a cost of around 700 bht. All pretty efficient, even if a bit slow. Normally put half a day aside to get this done.
Two totally different things. You ask about visa, all info available from your embassy. Food hotel costs and anything else has nothing to do with visa's.
Here in Udon Thani the same. Most people seem to keep wearing the masks. Personally when outside never wear one, when inside a shop or mall then I am happy to put one one on just to be polite.
