obviously you have never experienced that. Do you really think Thai Immigration just takes the word or the marriage license to prove your married? No, they come to your house they interview your neighbors. It’s not as simple as find someone thai friendly..

If your from Canada you did not get visa on arrival. You entered on visa exempt for 30 days. And yes, then that can be extended for 30 days.

When Thailand comes out with the digital nomad Visa, I can almost guarantee that the Youtubers and the Instagram and the Facebook video makers will be excluded because they have already said that to get the nomad, digital nomad visa you have to be working for an established company that makes amount of dollars per year.

no it is not a small chance is a very good chance. If you present all the documents in a professional format and submit the application. K-1 visa is very often approved more so than not. The interview at the Embassy is the key to the approval process.

normally if they send anything back to USCIS, USCIS will contact the applicant and request an RFE, which is a request for further evidence unless they are planning to flat out deny the application, but you are correct that could take a while

take your documents to someone that has a scanner have them scan and save the files to their desktop and then use that same person to fill out the application once the documents are scanned and saved on your computer. It’s just a matter of selecting them and attaching them to the application. It’s very simple.m

Find some young kid maybe a neighbor relative or friend sit down with him he’ll fill out the EVisa for you and you’ll be done in about 20 minutes
