I think you may just have to set your wise account up on your Thai phone which may have to be verified from your other sim phone

I ask a top lawyer Thai today if say a company had a 15 year lease is it legal in Thai law to get an option for a 30 year lease at the end of the 15 they said not a problem only if want to have a 30 year to start with a 30 year extension
