Forget about a lawyer..u will just lose a good amount of money… u r at the mercy of the family as u have no legal right to the home. Can you stay living with the daughter and pay some rent ?

Thai school teachers , public servants, cops , citizens pay bribes in Thailand for jobs , promotions , avoiding trouble , staying out of jail etc…Bribery in Thailand is part of the culture and always will be.

American lady hip replacement

500,000 bhat

Both at private hospital

Your insurance would not cover those

But maybe you’ll never have to have major stuff done

I just don’t trust insurance companies
