The 400k will remain there until I report back to immigration. Thanks for the warning and thanks again for the info.

OK, that's not what I wanted to hear but it's what I wanted to know. ;) Thank you very much for the info.

I read here previously that some immigration offices do not require the 400,000b remain in your account during the 'under consideration' period. The original post concerns Chiang Mai - are you saying that this is what the Chiang Mai immigration office wants?

Also, what do you mean by "...and your one year stamp is in your passport"?

If anyone who has recently completed this at Chiang Mai Immigration can let me know what they require I would really appreciate it. I'd gladly stop by their office to find out but I live 3 hours away (and I've had no success with phone calls or emails to them).

Thanks. While I won't apply for the year extension until November I need to plan now.

Yeah, that's why I asked - it is vague and I couldn't figure out why they needed to know I am divorced from my ex-wife. 🤔😛

Thanks!

I did the same last week. I had 1 copy of the documents and nothing was said about it by either the volunteers checking my paperwork or the immigration officer at the info desk or the 2 officers who processed my application. Re the Kor Ror 2: I did not have it and the volunteers did not mention its absence. However, when we got to the info desk they told me it was required. We explained that we live 3 hours away and, regardless, we never had a Kor Ror 2. He went to talk to a superior and she said it would OK this time but next time we would need it.

Best to err on the conservative side, I think...

More than one copy needed for any of the documents you listed?
