I have a non-immigrant multi O visa that is due to expire in January 2021. I arrived in March and due to Covid I was on amnesty up until September 21st when I went to Chiang Mai Immigration to get a 60 day extension based on being married to my Thai wife. I deposited the 400k into my Bangkok Bank account the same day. My stamp says that I am permitted to stay until November 26th.
My question is when do I need to go back to Immigration. I understand that I need to prove 2 months of deposited money which would make it November 20th but I am concerned that it will be too late. Am I worrying over nothing? When should I go to Immigration for the yearly spouse visa extension?
Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a non-immigrant multi O visa expiring in January 2021 and is looking to apply for a yearly extension based on their marriage to a Thai national. They are concerned about the timing related to the necessary 400,000 baht deposit in their bank account, which must be seasoned for two months prior to the application. Comments suggest that they should apply on November 23, 2020, as that would be after the 2-month seasoning period ends on November 21. The user is advised to ensure the funds remain in their account and to follow specific requirements from the Chiang Mai immigration office.

keep in mind the 2 months you need to have the funds season is TWO months date to date (not 60 days)
So if you transferred the 400K baht into an account on Sept 21 the soonest you could apply for your yearly extension is Nov 21 (which is a Saturday) so really the soonest you could apply is Monday Nov 23rd which is still before the expiration date of your current extension (Nov 26th) :)

OK, that's not what I wanted to hear but it's what I wanted to know. ;) Thank you very much for the info.
I read here previously that some immigration offices do not require the 400,000b remain in your account during the 'under consideration' period. The original post concerns Chiang Mai - are you saying that this is what the Chiang Mai immigration office wants?
Also, what do you mean by "...and your one year stamp is in your passport"?
the way it works IS, if when you apply for the year extension based on marriage they tell you to update your bank book and bring it back when the 30 day stamp runs out you do it. IF they don't say anything about it you don't. Different offices do it differently. I'd post on a f/b group related to where you live and ask about it
, one follow-up question please, if I hadn't applied for the family extension presumably I would have been covered by the amnesty until November 1st right?
I think you're confusing things. People who are on AMNESTY (which you are not) are getting stamped in until Nov 30 when they go back to the immigration office.
You have a 60 day visit thai family extension (which has nothing to do with amnesty at all) It runs out when it runs out AND you need to apply for an extension on or before the last day that stamp is valid.

My understanding is unless you have an extension based on your embassy letter, your current extension is staying the same...

Why would you be getting an extension of the amnesty if you're getting an extension of stay baed on marriage to a Thai national?

Make sure you get the printout of your requirements from YOUR immigration office. Follow it thoroughly. In Samui I needed 2 copies of EVERYTHING (so two files) check your landlord has done the tm 30 AND har the screenshot. Won't hurt to take your file in a few days early and get them to look through it.

Your money needs to be seasoned for 2 months before the extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national will be given. the money should be seasoned on November 21. You can stay until November 26.
I'd recommend going on November 23rd (the 21st is a weekend)
You'd have about 3 days to get the extension of stay based on marriage. You'll be fine.
