I had one bank account before that, a Bangkok Bank I opened in about 2017.

But it's makes no difference, the banks are not connected in any way.

All I took to the bank for a residence certificate from immigration and my passport...and my daughter as a cure sidekick.

there are no annual limits to land crossings anymore, since about two months ago. When I flew back from Kuala Lumpur last month, I had a gut feeling I was going to be turned back, were that to be the case, my plan was to head north and cross visa land.
