Myself and my partner would like to travel through Thailand from Australia for a period of 180 days. We are trying to find out which is the correct visa. Also what the circumstances are surrounding the visa. IE: do we have to have return airfares booked? Do we have to exit and re enter Thailand, how many times? Cost of visa ?
Hello everyone. First time post here. Im 52, looking to make the move very soon. What Visa is the easiest for me to obtain? I'm able to show proof of steady income to meet requirements. Also, will that proof be taxed as well? It's just me btw. Any thoughts and help would be awesome. Appreciate y'all.
Hi all. I want to spend 6 months in Thailand from Canada. I plan to enter Thailand with a single entry visa (60 days) and extend it for 30 days. After that, I exit Thailand to Kuala Lumpur. How easy and how long does it takes to apply and get a new tourist single entry at the Thai embassy in KL?
Advice needed. How many SETV can I apply for in one year please? I already got one in December an used it up an returned to the UK in January. I can't find anywhere online that says if there is a limit to the amount I can have. Kind regards
I obtained my Non-immigrant O - single entry – married to Thai Wife Visa from the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Los Angeles. I arrived on December 6, 2023 and got a valid until March 4, 2024 Entry Stamp at Chaing Mai Airport for a 90 days stay. Its Feb 5, 2024 today and my flight out is on May 30 2024. That is 115 days from now. Can I simply do a tm7 for another 90 days on May 30th – 90 days = March 1, 2024 ? Or do I have to apply in Chaing Mai for a new Non-immigrant O - single entry – married to Thai Wife visa on March 1, 2024 or METV? An Metv would give me more time but have never done one while in Thailand. All actions seem a bit to close to initiated on March 1, 2024 with my current visa expiring on March 4th. TIA
Is there any limit on the LAO visa on arrivals that you can apply for at the border?? let's say in one calendar year, (the 30 day visa you buy at the border crossing) I'm just trying to anticipate any problems with border bounces, from Thailand to lao, and back again the same day, I'm currently on a UK METV, comments from people that have bought many single entry Lao visas in the same year would be of great help.
