Kanchanaburi IO. Non Imm O. I have just done my first 90 day report online, no need to go to office. Accepted on second attempt. Submitted 14:08 returned 15:33. Fastest turnaround I've had.
Danish passport..My Non Imm O visa expires on October 17. If I enter by that day at the latest, I will be stamped in for 90 days. My question... Can I, in Denmark, buy a 60 day tourist visa without it changing my Non Imm O? I will then enter on my non Imm o and when the 90 days are up I will travel out and then re-enter on a 60 day tourist visa. Is it possible?
Hi everyone! I entered Thailand on a Non Imm O visa in April this year and got my first extension in July. Do I have to deposit back the 400,000 in January next year or April?
Hi - from New Zealand, here on a Non Imm O (Thai Spouse) Visa granted 90 days on arrival expiring 3 December. I intend to extend this by the 60 days allowable and just wanted to ensure I have my documentation in order. I will visit Immigration in Chiang Rai on 16 November (is this too late?) and as far as I can ascertain need my passport, copy of bio page, current visa, and entry stamp, 1 x photo, completed TM7 form in blue pen, copy of TM30 notification made online, and 1900 Baht. Anything I might be missing? Cheers.
Dear experts, once again it is time for me to get a new visa extension and I kindly ask for your advice. I am an Austrian holder of a Non Imm 0 A visa ( granted 2018) and live on yearly extensions (latest one expires Sept. 29th). Now my insurer tells me that there might be changes in the insurance requirements starting Sept. 1st. Does anyone know details about this or is it just the usual Thai blahblah? The next question: how long before expiry date can I get a next yearly extension and so maybe avoid any insurance problems? I would dearly appreciate your learned opinion. Thanks in advance!
I will be getting a Non Imm O (retirement) using an affidavit of income from the Canadian consulate in Chiang Mai and I wonder how long immigration considers the letter valid to apply? One week? One Month? Three months? Anyone have knowledge? I would like to have all my paperwork in hand when I return from my overseas trip to reapply. Thank you
I got another Non Imm O visa today, marriage reasons if that matters. When I picked it up and checked for correctness I see remark stating “Employment Prohibited”. Again this is because I’m married not for retirement. I asked and the lady said”you applied for non Imm o”. I said “yes but marriage not retirement”. Her reply was “non Imm o cannot work”. This is same lady I had issues with when appplying. She would not accept documents that I’ve been supplying for last three years for same visa.
Will this effect me getting a WP if my company assigns me to a project in Thailand? I haven’t had to for three years which is why I’m getting non Imm o instead of B but it could happen. I did not have time or will to argue with her as I need to apply for Thai pass. I’m coming in less than two weeks.
I went to CW in Bangkok this morning (Saturday) to do Non Imm O Retirement Extension. Arrived 8.45am, no one outside waiting to get in. Extension done and dusted in 45 minutes compared to past usual of 3 hours. Also managed a Re-Entry permit in 15 minutes
I currently rent but am nearing the end of my lease. My 90 day reporting is all up to date. At the same time I take possession of a new house (to me) for which I will be the Blue Book holder and living in (My wife and daughter will be registered there which they will do at the Amphur)
How documents do I need to produce/fill out to transfer my registered address to the new one?
