I have moved from Bangkok to Salaya in Nakon Pathom and I need to do my visa at the end of April. My school where I work is in Bangkok. My question is do I need to go to Changwattanna or Nakhon Pathom immigration?
My housemaster / owner has not reported at the immigration since I moved here. And I am going to extend visa next week. Am I in trouble? What are the consequences for not reporting with in 24 hours at immigration.
Please note: my visa is NON B (one year extension) and will be extending again. And immigration I will be going to is Nakhon Pathom Immigration.
Hello all, I will be getting a 90 day visa before going to Thailand. I wanted to know if I want to extend this visa to a retirement visa, how hard will it be? I will be staying in Salaya Chang Wat Nakhon Pathom. Has anyone been to the Nakhon Pathom immigration office?
For extending an ED visa at Nakhon Pathom office as an American: my university says I need to also bring the TM.30 housing form, however most online resources don't make any mention of this document. Will I be turned away without it? Any help or info is appreciated. Thanks.
Just want to say that koh samui immigration office is very pleasant. I went to get an extension today(friday) and the line to submit forms, passport, have 1 person ahead of me, so I waited maybe 50 seconds. After I submitted the paperwork (around 14:10) I looked around their were probably 25 foriengers waiting inside. Everyone left their shoes outside and were relaxing in the air con. I left to drop off my gf for work and came back maybe 15 mins later and sat down for 30 seconds before they called my number. Which makes me think that had done it faster than 15mins and they saw me come in.
Are all immigration offices outside of bangkok like this?
If it is I will try to avoid doing anything at chengwattana (bkk immigration) ever again.
Finally got my non-b from Nakhon Pathom immigration. I went in to get it and they put me into the investigation room. I sat there and played with my phone for half an hour then the investigator came in and signed. I feel relieved after having get my diploma certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Got a tentative non-b at Nakhon Pathom immigration today. All documents from me and my scool were accepted and I must return to get the stamp on the last day of my exemption extension. They made me sign 2 copies of papers acknowledging the overstay rules, so that has me a little concerned. To change 30+30 to non-b cost 2000 baht.
