I intend to visit (visa exempt) for 45-55 days before leaving to Laos or Vietnam. Flying in from Aus. Given I'm not sure when I'll leave Thailand (definitely before the 60 days though) will I need an onward ticket of some sort? Potentially for both the Airline (Jetstar) or Thai immigration or both? Feel like I'll leave Thailand from Nong Kai by land rather than fly, although nothing is concrete atm. Help appreciated.
Good morning everyone, I would like to leave for Thailand for 90 days, upon arrival I know they ask you for the return ticket, for the Onward Ticket to show the emigration how to proceed, times to buy it and when I should pay it to avoid problems.
Thank you very much and Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone.
I’m travelling to Thailand next month with my Thai wife and son . We are staying 6 months and I know all the visa side of it. Now the question is - I’m travelling On a one way ticket and have done many times before but I’m also hearing that the airline can refuse you as you don’t have a ticket to return or onwards to anywhere else.
Hello everyone. I am planning on arriving April 1st and staying for 3 months. I plan on using my 30 day on arrival and then extending it by 30 days and then do one visa run. I will have a return ticket and proof of residence where I’m staying in Thailand. Is there anything else I need? Will I get questioned on arrival for not having a return flight booked in 30 days? I am a Canadian passport holder.
Can I enter Thailand coming back from a holiday abroad with my passport expires in 5 months, I already have a year visa retirement that’s passing that time
I've heard people reference something you can buy instead of an exit ticket when you come into Thailand. Could someone explain what that is? Something like a "travel on pass"?
