How can I correctly update my Certificate of Entry (COE) for transit flights to Thailand?

I’m having trouble updating my COE. 

My flight:

SFO-NRT Feb. 3rd

NRT-BKK Feb. 4th

Original COE has transit date of Feb. 3rd

Transit date should be Feb. 4th

When filling out the COE transit section I tried to put the NRT-BKK flight number and date but it says “error” Transit flight number must be different from final flight.

Hello did anybody know how i can update my COE ? I have wrong flight numbers there is too much zeros on flight numbers should be QR008 and QR836 . Is it bog issue ? Or i should order new COE? London Embasy. Thanks in advance.
