I am flying EVA London-Bangkok at the end of December, returning end of March. One month Northern Thailand, one month Laos and the last month in Southern Thailand. What do I do about proof of onward travel? Has anyone had any experience of flying EVA? Do they even ask for proof? Would a bus ticket Non Khai-Vientiane suffice or do I need a flight ticket out of the Country? Any advice would be appreciated 🙏
Just got an email from Eva air offering to let me bid on an upgrade to first class. I thought, well heck, let's offer a couple bucks and maybe I get lucky... I go to the page and you adjust a slider bar to set the amount you want to bid and it has a little peer pressure guide that tells you "how strong" your bid is... The LOWEST offer you could set... Was as much as the first class ticket would cost to just buy.
Thai airways TG917, LHR/BKK@ (21.30) hrs flight cancelled,12/4/24 that’s going to have knock on effects,. Been running like clockwork for ages, shame,I wonder if EVA will take some of the passengers, if so EVA (BRO68) is going to be chocka,.(update) the thai jet is still parked on stand opposite the terminal)
Just for info as people quite often ask. Just come through Heathrow for my Eva Air flight. At checking they were looking at my visa which is a retirement visa so no problem. But I suspect If you do not have a visa, of proof of onward travel you will be denied by Eva Air.
Morning all, anyone flown Eva air from London to Bangkok recently? Is it better to do there Automated check-in or just check in at the airport , I see they are charging £55 per seat for early seat selection. 2 of us flying together.
If I go to Thailand on a 60-days tourist visa - will I have a problem with the airline if my return ticket is in 6 months? I plan to extend my stay in Thailand up to six month to study and practice some Thai, but not in a school.
Can the airline decline to bring me to Thailand? I will use Eva Air
Hello I already googled this but could not find info. Does anyone know the list of airlines which are allowed to get there boarding pass and connect to Thai airlines in Bangkok?
These airlines allow internal immigration transfer. in particular Eva air?
Hey folks pretty inexperienced at travel and have a situation. Headed back to USA briefly. Bought tickets with Expedia from CR to BKK on Thai Smile then from BKK to Taiwan and USA on Eva. After learning more the layover in BKK was deemed insufficient to make the transfer so I bought a new ticket on Nok from CR to DMK and will taxi to BKK. I'd like to try and get money back for the unused flight.
It has been suggested that if I do not use the first flight I might not be able to board the second flight. This makes me double concerned about cancelling it.
