i am german, single and over 50.

Suppose i enter the country with an o-visa.

then i have to apply for an extension for 1 year after 90 days. at that time i have to prove that the money in my thai bank account came from abroad, right? if i want to extend again for one year after one year, it is no longer important that the money came from abroad, right? the account balance only has to be 800000 baht 3 months before and 2 months after the application. and it never had to be less than 400000 baht. did i understand that correctly? and health insurance doesn't matter at all? so i can freely choose one, e.g. april, right? is there anything else i have to consider? thank you very much for your support.

Has anyone used pacific cross for the insurance provider , looking at the Maxima plan . Applying for an OA visa I'm from the USA. Any thoughts ? I do have a pre-existing condition but take no medication , use diet and exercise to help to alleviate symptoms.

I don't know if I should let the insurance company know about pre-existing condition when filling out paperwork for any kind of Thai health insurance when applying? Thanks for any feedback from their experience with this or anything might be related to this topic.
