I have a question in relation to the 65,000 pm deposit for a Non O retirement Visa .... for the 2nd yearly renewal.
First is it correct that the deposit method is only avaliabile where your Embassy will not verify your pension .... which I understand is Australia, USA and the UK?
If that is correct what happens if your nationality is not one of those countries but you have lived and are a permanent resident of one .... ie a New Zealander that has lived and worked in Australia for 25 plus years whose bank accounts, driver licence, tax, investments etc are all in Australia.
I realise no one other than Hua Hin immigration can give a definitive answer but ......?
What’s the difference with the ED visa for Muay Thai and the DTV for Muay Thai ? Since the stays are longer and over 5 years are gyms less strict with class attendance ?
If I am not asking this question correctly please forgive me.
I have a non-OA visa question. On the Washington, D. C. Embassy site, [members only] , under "eligibility", it shows a monthly income requirement of 65,000 baht. In the very next paragraph, titled "Required documents to upload" it says you need a US$30,000 balance in your account plus monthly income of US$2500 (about 88,000 baht right now). Which is correct? Is there some reason for two different figures?
My wife is thinking of changing jobs. She has non b and I have non o visa. Her prospective employer says they will have her visa canceled and she will get a new one. What happens with my visa when hers gets canceled?
Question is concerning the first 90 day reporting. Notification says its due 5 Oct 2023.
Im doing it online and the question says "Arrival Thailand Date:"?? Is that the day I arrived back on March 28, 2023 OR is that the date I got my 1yr extension which is 7 July 2023?
Are they actually asking for the arrival date by plane OR are they wanting the starting date of my 1 year extension which starts the 90 day counting period? Thanks!
With the TM6 no longer in use, does anybody know if the TM47 (90 day notification) has been revised so that the "ARRIVAL CARD NO." question has been left off? I have looked on line, but I can't find a new version.
