Want to find her a good home first and not just dump her in some pet shelter (I'd take her but I have 4 small 'house breed' dogs already, and this one is too big for my yard.
Hello everyone 👋🏻 I am looking for a modern high floor condominium apartment in the city center of Bangkok but trying to avoid hotels or airbnb. If you are familiar with Vietnam something similar to Vinhomes Central Park. I can sign a 3 month contract, but would like the option to continuously extend. Does anybody know any websites/options/agents to help with my search. My plan is to stay for 1 year, but not 100% sure yet. Thank you for your time 🙏☮
I am selling items on Facebook marketplace. A lot of people have been wanting to transfer money to my bank account and have a 3rd party company like grab pick it up. Is this safe? Can they dispute charges? I just want want to get scammed so I have been telling people to pay in cash but the bigger more expensive items like 85 inch TV will probably have to be by bank transfer.
In America we have PayPal and Venmo but over there I hear that charges can be disputed and people can literally buy something from you and get their money back by saying it's fraud.
