Hi, I have a friend from the UK and her tourist visa is about to expire in a few days. She already extended the visa once. I was wondering what is the possibility to stay in Thailand and get the stamp for another 30 days without renewing the visa? Can she do border bouncing or fly in-out and get back in Thailand on the same day?
Hi, I am moving to Thailand in July and have a non immigrant visa (single entry). I planned on visiting in a couple of weeks for 1 week. I am from the UK so do not require a visa for 1 week. I am wondering will visiting for 1 week impact my non immigrant visa?

Hello, apologies for such a long story but I was told I would get best advice from here.
My partner and I are having a nightmare with visas. To cut a long story short, we moved here in April with the intention of getting a retirement visa for myself but my partner , Sean (we’re not married, both from UK) aiming to get a business visa and work permit via our company. Without going through details, this is now not an option for him. We are both on a 30 day extension. After some problems with our agent, I was late in applying for my 90 day non O (i have all relevant documents and money) and consequently we have to do a visa run next week. We have been told, aside from Sean getting employment with a company, his best visa options are either ED visa or a spouse visa (?) where Sean can tag onto my retirement visa. Obviously we have to get married for this (another hurdle, but is doable).
My questions are a) how long will it take to get married in thailand - will we have enough time for the applications for 90 day non O and his spouse visa? b) do we apply for both at the same time? C)if he opts for the ED visa, does he have to stay on that visa for the full year if he is lucky enough to obtain a job with a company in the year? And D) are there any other visa options (he is 54, no pension) Thanks in advance for any advice.
Hi there. I'm from the UK, on a six-month METV, which expires on 28th January. (Although the final 60-day stamp won't expire until March.)
However, I have friends visiting Vietnam from the UK in early February and I'd like to go and visit them for a few days. If I leave Thailand after the expiry of METV (but still within 60-day stamp), will I get back into Thailand on a 30-day visa exemption?
Can you tell me please what is the maximum length of stay I can get. Arriving on 60 day tourist visa from uk. Is it 90 days or could I get more time allocated by flying to Burma before 60 days are up , and then returning to thailand using re entry permit? Or is that not allowed thanks for any advice.
I am from UK, on a visa exemption and extension until 6 Dec. I have to take a Covid-19 test 72 hours before I fly. If I test positive, I understand that I will be unable to fly or visit Immigration. Will I automatically become an overstayer? Should I apply for a 60 day Covid extension before 26 Nov in anticipation of a possible positive test result? What is the official position?
