Hi guys. I'm 45, from the UK and currently on a marriage visa. Thing is every year lots of paperwork and someone from immigration coming to the house and taking pictures. Was thinking a trip to say Vietnam, soft power Muay Thai option and get the DTV visa. Then read you can't get the DTV if you already have a visa. This true? If so how would I go about this please?

I've searched FB, this page, and the Internet on information about shifting away and back again to a Thai retirement visa. Someone told me a couple years ago that once you switch from a retirement visa to anything else, you can never get another retirement visa later on. Is this true? Say I want to switch to an educational visa, or I get a job, or I want to do a start-up. Where can I go for more information? TIA for any info.

I am on an ED visa and have returned from overseas on a single entry (allowed once). My two daughters got the 30 days visa exempt on landing which I have gotten a COVID extension on. 

Am I allowed to switch to a non-b if i setup the company here with the required employees without leaving the country?
