I understand that if you apply for the DTV e-Visa online, the consulate in charge can request further documents. In my case, the consulate does not answer questions prior to applying.
Has anyone experienced that they declined your online application and kept the visa fee without a chance to change the category e.g. from medical to soft power or remote work?

Hello, posting this on behalf of my friend. He is currently in China and from Nepal.
“ I had applied for Thai visa, it said that there was an incorrect information & later I got an email which said that it had been cancelled, I’ve already paid the fee. Is it possible to get the refund ? Or should I apply & pay the amount again ?
