I saw a post saying immigration can access your history even if you get a brand new passport, but I was wondering can they access you history if you enter on a second passport from a completely different country? (same name and date of birth, just from a passport different country you entered before)

I have a question, and i hope you can help.

I am going to Thailand in Sept with my wife!

But now the Father in law wants to join. He always dreamt about going to Asia. The issue is that he does not speak a single word of English and he gets lost, very easily :D

As we are not traveling together, we are afraid he will get lost in the Visa Control in Bangkok or will not understand something.

How is the process at Border/Visa Control these days?
