Hi everyone. I am a British citizen currently in Thailand but I will be going to Malaysia to apply for my Thai non-B visa to work in an English language school. For the online application it seems I need some sort of proof of 'residency' in Malaysia. What can I use for this? My visa upon entry stamp? I also need proof of finances, should my adress on my bank statment be in Malaysia or is it ok for it to be in the UK? Thanks so much for any help/guidance.
Thank you so much for the advice you gave me in private about using a postgraduate diploma for non-B instead of a degree, which I lacked. I followed your advice, went to the Vientiane Thai Embassy, and they requested my saqa and a transcript. They calculated everything, then took my passport. When I returned today, it had a stamp. Thank you for those who have advised me accordingly indeed a postgraduate diploma is above a degree
I am an Indian, a job offer holder (for a Teacher’s position in Thailand ), willing to fly to Thailand ASAP. Can somebody walk me through the guidelines of where to start and where to finish?
The reason I’m asking for this is because the last time I checked online and on phone with semi commercial Flight and government booking option for the flights from India to Thailand, everywhere it said there were no flights, while the embassy doesn’t have any working phone number(they mention the number everywhere but none connect ever, I’ve been trying for last couple of months now)
3 days back I suddenly see a post on embassies website stating the next flight is on 14th (today) and 19th November.
It’s all so confusing! Where are these flights being booked ?
Before applying for non-b visa I need flights booked n then only I can book a flight(as per what’s written there)
But it seems some people are booking COE first (is it even possible?), and on announcement of next flight they book a flight.
Somebody, Kindly help ?
P.s.
1. I hope we are aware there’s a fully paid ticket /itenary required to apply for visa. If not kindly refer ([members only] or Royal Thai Embassy, New Delhi)
2. Please read my query properly and then respond. Don’t respond with half attention just because you’re bored and don’t know what else to do lol
3. N please don’t get personal n offensive and attacking in personal messages. Let’s be open for sharing information n not just preaching one way. Thanks 🙏
4. There are no agents involved - I’ve been to the school, plus my employer is my friend who is already teaching in the same school.
6. No travel agents involved. I’m only following Royal Thai embassy’s official website and web page and the minimal responses which I received from them over their official email.
If only you know what you’re talking about please then only respond. Thank you !

I am on a tourist visa but just got hired. I cannot leave the country to do the process outside as many countries still do not allow foreigners. May I know if its possible to do the Non-B Visa and Work Permit here, without leaving the country? Or may I know if you guys are aware of any countries that no longer have quarantine?
If there is not an option for me to get it...whats your advice? Which country should I access to get it? Also, considering I have a house here, would I still need to do quarantine at a hotel?
Hello Thai Visa Advice. Has anyone experiences getting visa in Taipei at Thai Trade and Economic Office? I have a work permit and usually get my NON B visa in Malaysia. On their website. ( Thai Trade and Economic Office in Taipei) they say they issue e Visa, however with my passport I can not apply for eVisa yet. What I want to avoid is going to the office, applying for visa and having my application refused. I wrote emails to them already with no response yet.
