💰 Time Deposit as Liquid Asset for Visa Applications? 💰

Hey everyone! Based on your experience, does a time deposit account count as a liquid asset for visa applications? 🤔💳

Regarding the marriage visa B400k bank account balance requirement, does anyone know if this can be satisfied by a CD/time deposit account? Or does the money strictly have to be in a traditional checking or savings account?

Krungsri appears to have a very favorable 4yr CD rate that's also available to foreigners, so I'd much prefer my money not excessively depreciate in value if it has to sit somewhere for this.
