Given the introduction TM6 new

Online Form what happens:

I obtain a new passport home. Then

trying to fill in the TM6 which passport no.

Do I enter old passport no. with 12 months extension or the new passport no w/o extension ?

im applying for my 1 day thailand pass

Ive downloaded the travel covid pass from the NHS app which is a pdf form

the thailand pass asks for a jpg which i can convert the pdf to jpg but it also says it should have my passport number on it and it doesnt

has anyone dealt with this, is there a different way i need to get my certificate?

For proof of vaccination, is the passport number needed on the card?

Just got my work permit today, it has my old passport number on it as i recently got a new one, does that mean i need to carry both or is there a way to link the two?

So, I am on a yearly extension of stay and recently had my extension stamps moved to my new passport. My question is, when filling in the 90 day TM.47, do we use the new passport number or the original one ?
