Good afternoon. I'm arriving into BKK next week. 2 months VISA exempt. Last time I flew from Paris, they wanted proof of return ticket. I haven't got one as I intend to visit Laos, Vietnam as well and then return to Thailand. I've already booked accommodation in laos before my 60 days is up. Foes anyone know if I show proof of this whether airlines accept it. Air india this time
Me and my partner are travelling to Thailand in a few days from the uk.
We will be entering on the visa exemption.
We have a bus ticket booked to Padang from Thailand , but I was wondering if we would be able to use this as our onward travel or do we need a flight booked ?
I'll be applying for a tourist visa to Thailand next week at the embassy in Hanoi. According to the website, I'll have to show proof of a round-trip ticket but I can only get an initial 2 months extendable to 3 months while in Thailand. So my question is, if I need to show proof of having purchased a two-way ticket, can the return ticket be dated three months after the arrival ticket, or are they even requiring this when applying for a visa? I don't remember it being a requirement the last time applied for one.
For Visa return ticket proof, I’ve heard people buying a flight ticket from say Bangkok to Phnom and showing that. Are they be asking for proof of going back home or just that you have the means to leave Thailand?
Also, does the flight out date have to match any timeline (i.e the days amount for your visa), or just a flight out within 180 days?
Hello! I am applying for the 6 month multiple entry tourist visa from USA. We have done this 3 or 4 times before Covid and never had an issue. Now the E-Visa website states we must “prove we have a genuine reason to visit Thailand on a regular basis” to qualify for the multiple entry. What type of proof would be accepted? would an itinerary without confirmations be accepted? We don’t have set travel plans, we like to keep things flexible. Thanks in advance!
I am applying for single entry Non B visa at Kualar Lumpur, can someone tell me if I need to show proof of onward travel and proof of accommodation in Thailand?
