TLDR : Answer Summary
A user asked whether they would face an overstay fine since their flight was delayed and scheduled to depart after midnight, one day past their visa expiry. Responses highlighted that if the user clears immigration before midnight, they should not incur any fines. Some suggested that there might be a stamp indicating a minor overstay but with a waived fine if they leave within 24 hours.
As long as you pass through passport control before 23.59 on the 10th you will be fine.

Generally if you clear immigration by 11:59pm which you would do for a 00:20 flight you won’t be on overstay.
Some officers may say that you are technically on overstay as you don’t physically leave Thailand by the 10th so they may stamp your passport with a stamp that says “overstay. Fine waived as under 24 hours” but my guess is they won’t.
Never been in that situation before. Only once have I left on the last day of my stamp, but that was in the afternoon. Still, it makes no sense to stamp overstay if you're on your last day, regardless of your flight leaving after midnight. Especially if it's 0020, you'll be going through immigration well before midnight. Are you sure officers some officers see it differently? Any examples?
