Hi, visa will be expired 25 march. 

1) if i go immigration 25 march, am i overstay ? 

2) any travel restruction going Bangkok and turn back Chiang rai ? 

I need to get original letter from embassy

as long as you get to immigrations to get your extension processed on the date your current stamp expires you will not be on overstay.

This is a VISA advice group, not a 'what are the travel restrictions from a to b in thailand, Sorry. post that question on a Chiang Mai group. BUT with that being said you can travel from Bangkok to C/M without any restrictions
