TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about their visa expiring on March 25 and whether visiting immigration on that date would constitute an overstay. They also ask about travel restrictions between Bangkok and Chiang Rai and mention needing a letter from the embassy. Comments clarify that as long as the user goes to immigration on the expiry date, they will not be considered in overstay. Additionally, travel from Bangkok to Chiang Rai is unrestricted.
i dont wait last day ! I went today 2 offices. They want original letter from embassy. So they shipped today

as long as you get to immigrations to get your extension processed on the date your current stamp expires you will not be on overstay.
This is a VISA advice group, not a 'what are the travel restrictions from a to b in thailand, Sorry. post that question on a Chiang Mai group. BUT with that being said you can travel from Bangkok to C/M without any restrictions
