TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the TM.30 form required for reporting a change of address in Thailand. It mentions that there is no special form needed when visiting a police station instead of an immigration office, and that this option is valid only if there is no immigration office nearby. Users also share a resource link to a bilingual TM.30 form that indicates how to address oneself to a police station.
There is NO special form that you use when you go to the police station instead of the immigration office.
AND you can only use the police station if there's not an immigration office "nearby".
Just take in the regular form and see if you can get it accepted

Under this address you will find a link to a (bilingual) TM 30 mentioning in English and Thai that you can address yourself at the next police station if there is no immigration office .
