TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your O retirement visa for 12 months in Thailand, you need to provide specific paperwork. Generally, you'll need to submit copies of your passport, house book, and an updated bank book. It's crucial to have at least 800,000 THB in your Thai bank account in your name for at least 2 months prior to applying for the extension. Additionally, requirements may vary by immigration office, so it's advisable to check with your local office for any specific instructions or handouts outlining the necessary documents.

Visit your local immigration office tomorrow and ask for the handout which lists the requirements for your immigration office, as they can vary from office to office.

These are the requirements for the Phuket office. Your local office may differ slightly.
