Okay it's time for my Non-O 1 year retirement visa extension for another year. Requirements change frequently so need to confirm requirements. As far as I recall I need 1. a copy of my passport front page with photo, 2. a copy of the original visa, 3. a copy of the 1 yr. extension, 4. a copy of the TM6 Departure card and 5. a copy of TM30 and TM47 and 6. a passport photo. Other banking requirements are a copy of all the pages in my bank book showing 800,000 deposit along with a statement from the bank for the previous 1 year period.... Did I miss anything?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the current requirements for renewing a Non-O 1-year retirement visa in Thailand. Key documents mentioned include copies of the passport front page, visa, extension, TM6, TM30, TM47, a passport photo, and banking details showing a deposit of 800,000 THB. Comments suggest verifying these requirements with the local immigration office, as they may vary by location. Additional insights clarify that extending within the same visa category generally does not lead to losing days of the current stay.

, that depends on the reason of an extension. As a general rule, if you are applying for an extension for the same reason as your current stamp, it will be added to the current stamp. No day will be lost. But if you apply for an extension for a different reason from your current one, the extension would start on the day of application. You will lose rest of your current stamp.

You need a copy of all pages in your passport with a Thai stamp. You also need a letter from the bank along with the statement and a copy of your bank book updated on the day
The statement wasn't required the last time I renewed. Immigration just handed it back to me. The bank charges 100 baht for the statement but if all pages of the passbook are copied the statement is redundant.
