Hello, 

Has anyone had a 3 month non b visa expire and then moved to amnesty? If so, what’s the process?

Now to answer your question. IF you are on the initial 90 day stamp from a Non-B visa and are not going to get an extension from the company that sponsored you for the visa, you can stay the 90 days you're stamped in for (whether you work or not).

AND

If you wanna stay longer, you need to apply for a 60 day 'unable to travel due to covid" extension for 1900baht at your immigration office BEFORE your current stamp expires.

First off you need to understand there is NO amnesty. The "free to stay" amnesty ended on Oct 31st..
