Went for 90 days reporting.

Reached at 8am. 1st Queue no. 500. 2nd queue no. 70.

In and out within 2 hours.

I had a late 90 days reporting but I went overseas a 2nd time in between the first late reporting and now (180ish days now) I didn't get fined the 2000thb.

you were just plain lucky that they didn't notice you failed to file a 90 day report on time the last time before you left.

Most people get caught out on it and pay the 2000baht fine..

I was late the first time I was suppose to report. I stayed in Th for 92 days before my first trip.

that is not correct :/ You are confusing the window of when you can do a report with whether you get a grace period to NOT do one because you left the country.

The way it works is IF you're here on the 90th day you report, period end of story. Doesn't matter if you're leaving the next day you are obligated to report

I think you have a window of 14 days before and 7 days after that you can submit a 90 day report.

how can you be late if you've been overseas? You start counting on the day of arrival as day 1. The days you are overseas do NOT count as being inside Thailand, as it is still impossible to be on two different places at the same time.
