TLDR : Answer Summary
Obtaining a residence certificate from Immigration in Thailand typically costs between 0 to 500 Baht, depending on the province or immigration office. It's a walk-in process. Regarding changing a language school visa to a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa), this is not permitted as you cannot switch any visa or extension to a DTV; you must apply for it at a Thai consulate in another country.
I am confusing about the employment contract that I signed while holding the language visa, can I use it to apply dtv? Since the ed visa say doesn't allow to work.
you go to the main immigration office out at the government complex building B on Chaengwattana road to get the certificate of residence in bangkok.
You need a TM30 receipt (proof of where you're staying). You fill out the form, make the copies, pay 200 baht and they mail a certificate of residence to the address on the TM30 in about 5 days

Something between free and 500 Baht, depends on your Immigration. Yes, it's walk-in. Language school is not accepted as "Soft power" for DTV. Also you can't "change" to DTV, you have to apply for it, outside of Thailand.
Should I sign a new one for dtv after this visa expired?

Anonymous participant remote worker application. I used an employment contract from 2020, plus a recent โemployment certificateโ a company letter head confirming my employment and that the role is completely remote, signed/dated by the company with contact information.
You need the company license. (The registration of the company youโre working for. *Certified*)
I also provided bank statements showing the income but could be pay slips or tax returns.
Done outside Thailand. I applied in Taipeiโฆ I flew out and applied the day my ed visa expired.
