Good day. I have a daughter who's having NON O visa under me. I have non B in my current school but I'm planning to work in a new school. Her visa is from April to July only and hopefully I can start working in my new school by June. What will happen to her visa? Should I renew it for 1 year first before I move to my new school?
Your responses would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you change schools while holding a NON B visa, your daughter's NON O visa, which depends on your visa status, will become invalid the moment you stop working at your current job. To maintain her visa, you should coordinate with your new school to secure your new visa and extension before your daughter's existing visa expires.

. Technically, if you are on an extension, you have seven days to leave thailand or transfer sponsorship of visa/ext to new employer. That time starts on your last day of employment. Same rules for your child. Child's visa is dependant on your visa status.
you need to talk to your new employer asap. If you have a gap between finishing this job and staring the next of more than 7 days, you are going to have issues. Work visas and extensions are totally reliant on paperwork and co operation from your employer. Note . Children under the age of 18 are not subject to overstay fines. But if you have that, getting a new visa or transfer will be a headache.
Go to migration asap and talk to an officer about your situation and do whatever they tell you, or you both may end up having to.leave the country and reapply for visas all over again. Your child relies totally on you having permission to stay.
My new school will tell me once the documents are complete and ready. That's the time that I will cut my wp at visa from my previous school. I have 5 year teaching license.

Your daughter's visa is based on yours. The day you stop working is the day your extension is no longer valid and is also the day your daughter's extension is no longer valid. You will need to get your new visa and extension and then get a new one for your daughter based on your new job.
Is it possible to get NON O in the local immigration ? My new school told me that I don't need to go out of the country and fix my wp and visa on the same day.
