Do I need to wait for my Non-B visa before applying for my daughter's Non-O visa, and can I change companies with a Non-B visa?

in that case, personally I highly doubt you can do. Sure you can check. Remember, IF it's possible, still YOU need to get both your old and new employers collaborating each other well enough.

as a rule 90 day Non-B visas are company specific <- meaning IF you don't keep working for the company that sponsored you for the visa you have to get another one if you change jobs. BUT that is between you, your employer(s) and the immigration office.

You may be getting a single entry Non-B visa inside Thailand. They are somewhat difficult to get, and will let you stay for 89 days. Generally the business name is written on this Non-B visa, and you can't jump to another employer.

EVERYONE in Thailand should have the proper visa and extension of stay. Children under 15 years old are not fined or have any other punishments for being on overstay, but if you are planning on enrolling her to a school, they may want a proper visa.
