Need advice from fellow members here. 

Relocated from Samut Prakan to Chiangmai, staying in family's home for good. Had my TM30 recorded in Samut Prakan immigration. I will be applying for my 60 days extension (on my visa exemption) as I have a thai kid. Few questions.

1) What documents does the owner of the Chiangmai home need to provide for me to report with a TM28?

2) Can I do the TM28 report + extension at the Promenada Mall that I saw on earlier postings?

3) For the extension, is it the same TM7 with child's birth cert, tabien ban, wife's ID and tabien ban, my passport usual photocopies?
