Hello, any stories of successful (or even unsuccessful) applications for DTV in Manila? I'm wondering if the embassy there is a quick turnaround like Jakarta or strict like Taiwan seems to be? I've searched the group and not much posts.

Yes, not many posts from Manilla. I corresponded a lot with the Thai Embassy in Manilla and would have gone there if I failed at Taipei. The most responsive embassy I dealt with regarding DTV, very friendly. Approval is within 5 business days, they told me early Dec. It is not as strict as Taipei.
