👉🏽 is the visa fee for 5 years with multiple entries (or for just 1 year)?
👉🏽 does one have to proof a «soft power related activity» upon each entry or only with the first visa application?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The DTV visa has a fee associated with obtaining it at the consulate, which covers a duration of 5 years and allows for multiple entries. Upon each entry into Thailand, no proof of activities related to 'soft power' is required; this proof is only needed during the initial visa application.
it’s correct that you don’t need to do 90 days reporting? And you can stay for a total of 360 days per calendar year with one extension or how does that work? 🙏
no it's not correct. Don't know where you saw that but you're still required to do 90 day reporting. And there's no limit to the number of days you can stay in a year. You can only get to maximum 360 days on a single entry though. If you need more time you just leave and return and get a new 180 day stamp.
as per Tod Daniels, it's only 360 days if in practice you can renew the original 180 for another 180 by leaving and re- entering ( or possibly, inside TH but nobody yet knows on this). You won't get 360 upfront.
