Trying to register the wife online so she can do any future tm30's I may require. Just keep getting "invalid data" message. Any tips or tricks to get this done successfully?

Try doing it in a private/incognito browser window. Sometime browsers “auto translate” Thai pages which can screw up date formats and the like. A private browsing window won’t do that.

If that’s not it perhaps a screenshot of where you’re having the issue may help, but hide any personal information.
