TM 30 Question.  My family is fully registered on the TM30 website.  I'm reporting as any good foreigner would do after international travel.  Low and behold I get this error...... Import Data in Sequence (1, 2, 3) is incorrect.   Has anyone else experienced this?

After repeated errors using a browser on my laptop I found that the Android app version works without flaw. Can I suggest you give the Android app a try?

my GF registered her house TM30 on my laptop, Windows8 and in Chrome browser. We were able to register. I must say it was very tricky to get it done properly. Got the password 2 hours later. Yet I have never registered myself again in her house after coming back from abroad. Maybe I am out for an experience?

you should, it takes less than 5 minutes to re-register online and take a screen grab so you can show you filed

Chrome on Mac OS X works perfectly for me for TM30 website. I report myself every time when I go back from abroad

and I have seen 4 or 5 screen grabs from people who sent them to me using a mac with Chrome and the auto translate feature on that show that error.

So I dunno what to say other than try fire fox, and it usually won't have the error message :P

I kept getting that message so I took my laptop to the immigration office and they told me to reset my password.

For some reason it worked fine after that.
