TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 registration, which is the landlord's responsibility, can be done online, ideally using the official immigration site (tm30.immigration.go.th). While some users have mentioned using the unofficial site tm30.io, it is advised to be cautious as it may not be officially recognized. Since you live with your wife, if the house is under her name, she can handle the registration for you online.
I have been warned tm30.io is not an official immigration site after I registered on it. I am still not sure all is above board but I'll find out soon enough when I do my 90 day report this week.
I live with my wife when I am here and I have always done the tm30 on her behalf online. I use the official site tm30. immigration.go.th - very easy with their new website - had to register an account first but very easy
yes it is ok I know that many use that system but I don't use it because I don't want to give my passport number to private people I know nothing about - but maybe it is just me being a bit paranoid π

It is not you that need to do the TM30, in is the responsability of the landlord / hotel you are staying at.
yes the house is in my wife's name.we did the registration together yesterday evening, hope it works or i have to go to immigration today.my wife is working so she don't have time to go with me
you don't need the wife to go with you, just take a copies of her id, blue book, a letter from her confirming that you are living with her, and take a copy of your marriage certificate and your passport and bank book just in case they ask you to see it.
