I hesitate slightly. But! I booked the fast track immigration service through expedia. I was rushed past the sorry ass line. A booth was opened up for me and I was stamped in. The guy wasn't even wearing a uniform. Didn't look me up on the computer. I arrived with a fresh passport and the second metv in two years. Colour me one happy camper! Thanks to this fantastic group!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their positive experience with the fast track immigration service booked through Expedia, which allowed them to bypass long lines and get processed quickly. Despite some skepticism about the cost and availability at different airports (like DMK), comments revealed that the service costs around 1200 baht, plus a tip for the handler. Community members discussed the practicality of the service based on the duration of their stay in Thailand.
Most companies offer it at all the international airports in thailand

I seems expensive to me. I've never had immigration in Bangkok take more than 20 minutes.

If you travel First or Business class, most airlines offer you Fast Track services.

It's not just a matter of time. There is also the fact that they don't ask any questions about your previous visas, your work status etc they basically treat you as a rich person, therefore a socially superior person. Which for 1200 baht is a good deal.

Looks like it is only good if you are staying 2 weeks or less. It wouldn't let me sign up because I am staying a month.

I had some trouble paying through that. Which is why I ended up with expedia

Or you could book the service direct rather than via a 3rd party. I use these guys
