most of the fast track services work pretty much as advertised.

I've had friends use the one the O/P is asking about and they were met at the gate, escorted thru immigrations, got their bags and were taken to the hotel.

the only thing i can tell u is that the fast track is really fast. i used it many times and i have never had to wait longer than 2-3 mins. but i've never bought it...
