Is it mandatory to maintain health insurance coverage after the initial 90 days when staying in Thailand?

If you have entered with a 90 day insurance coverage and staying past that 90 coverage period, is it mandatory to purchase for the duration of the stay? Or it’s only mandatory to show when entering?

Depending on your visa type... I think the tourist visa require if for extensions.

 I came on TR visa and had 90 day insurance, stayed an extra 30 days and they didn’t ask or mention anything about insurance

For $30 though I paid for an extra 30 days anyway
