Just my experience from doing my Thai pass application.
The whole process took me about 5 minutes and then I was told I may have to wait between 3 to 7 days for reply.
Literally 1 minute later I got an email with approved and QR code attached.

I think some people are forgetting it takes time to get everything together, take photos etc. the actual uploading was ok for us but getting insurance on one page and getting the exact shot of qr codes etc definitely took time. Maybe depends on time of day too and how good your broadband is😊

Too difficult for me, so my 12 yr old son did all the family passes (4) did’t time him, but I guess about 30 mins. All came back within the hour. Maybe it’s to do with age.

Took me hours to do. And I’m waiting for the response.

I did 2 separate Thailand passes in the space of 2 weeks because I traveled to Thailand twice. Both times, same photos of qr codes, same insurance, same SHA hotel…
First time took 1 hour, second time took 2 days. I think it’s complete random to be honest.
