Hi good guys,

I need ur advise, i will go to overseas on 11th april and return to bangkok 16th april. In this case, do I need to do notification at immigration office?

Thanks. I completely forgot a few years ago and wandered into Immigration several weeks overdue and just paid ThB 2,000, so it seems nothing has changed.

The 'standard' fine for failing to do a 90 day report on time is 2000baht, BUT if you are arrested for something else and they find out you are not current on your 90 day reporting they CAN charge you 5000baht and 200 baht a day until you are current

That's why I thought it was strange that Nonthaburi started counting down the 90 days as soon as they issued you the Non-O visa. :/

That notice is for your FIRST 90 day report and if you leave the country BEFORE the 16th of April you don't need to do anything

When you come back it is your responsibility to count 90 days and do your next report
