Hi, my wife and I are teachers here in Bangkok with Non-B visas valid until February. She has had a sudden death in her family and needs to fly out very early Friday morning (2am)
The immigration office is closed today and she will need to get a re-entry stamp.
Does anyone know if she would be able to go first thing in the morning to immigration and get it? Or is there another option? Any help would be greatly appreciated ๐๐ป

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about obtaining a re-entry stamp for a Non-B visa due to an urgent family situation requiring immediate travel. The community provided information indicating that re-entry permits can be obtained at the airport, specifically at Suvarnabhumi airport, which operates 24/7. It was suggested that she inform security personnel about the need for a re-entry permit, and assistance would be rendered if necessary.
thank you! I really appreciate the swift response.
I was reading an article that mentioned it had to be on the day you fly out. If she is technically flying out on Friday at 2am would she still be able to get the stamp tomorrow? Or even possibly today after we go get her picture done?
thank you! I was just reading an article that said you had to apply the same day you are flying out. So if she is flying out at 2am on Friday could she still go tomorrow or even today?

Clinton Holzapfel. You get it as you are leaving. It is after security so you cannot get it beforehand. The only option if you want it early is immigration office
