TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice about their friend's travel situation after being denied entry into Thailand for not having the required 20,000 baht. They want to know if she can enter Thailand next month with the correct amount and if having the entry denial stamp in her passport will cause problems when she goes to Singapore first. Community responses indicate that entering Singapore may not be a problem based on the stamp, but personal experiences vary.
Singapore gave my lady a very hard time entering they had her in a room well over an hour and once they talked to me and showed Hotel and flight back to Thailand they released her

She will enter using the Asean free visa, She is from Philippines, we can visit Asean countries and just have free Asean visa upon arrival at any Asean countries
. Thats why she is getting trouble. Tell her to get a tourist visa. She can get one in Singapore. Being denied entry to Thailand wont effect her entering Singapore.
